That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service! Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. Very Fast turnaround on my frame and free shipping is a plus.Unfortunately the frame was oversized so my canvas is a sloppy fit. Over 1/8\" gap between canvas and the rabbet inside the back of the floater frame can be seen. Next time I guess I need to take 1/8\" of my canvas measurement.
