Excellent service. Quick turn around time ordered on Dec 14th, received an email to clarify info on the 15th (happy to receive email as I was unsure about size so this communication put my mind at ease) and received email stating it was in transit with Canada Post the next day. Received delivery on Dec 21st. Very pleased with product.

I have received a few emails asking me to comment on your product and service, but I can't seem to find them now. I waited to respond until I had my painting in hand, and actually installed it in the frame. Now that I've framed it, I can supply the following comments and findings:

1. the ordering process was easy
2. the price was good
3. the delivery was great.....the product arrived intact in a few weeks
4. I loved the frame!! It was exactly as I expected it to look, and it looks great on my painting!
5. I found that the return piece on the frame back was a little skimpy, resulting in a slight gap between the painting and the frame back. This probably won't be noticeable to anyone looking, but it would have been an advantage to have a bit more frame on the back side, to make sure the wall behind isn't seen in that crack.
I was overall pleased with this experience, and will likely order again.

I now have all custom boards/panels. They are beautifully sized and constructed. I so appreciate that you included wire and hanging devices. A bonus, for sure! It was a bit harried at first. I needed to head to the San Francisco DHL warehouse to get a box that was never delivered!!! Still, all is well that ends well. Thank you for all of your assistance. I hope to do business with you in the future.
