Terrible customer service. Incredibly disappointed with my art print. It arrived in the wrong size and customer service is ignoring my request.

They are well framed and most importantly the colour is very close to what I see on my profiled monitor. I did purchase canvas and coating to do the work myself but in the end decided that given the quality and pricing, it just didn\'t make sense to do it myself. I`ll be continuing to use CanadaOnCanvas for my large prints.
George Barr, Calgary | my frustration I just wanted to express my frustration with my order and service from last month. I ordered floating frames because I had some canvases I wanted to put between two pieces of glass to display and my online research showed that's what they were called. When my order arrived I was surprised to find that floating frames means something else on this website and of course I couldn't return them. So I was out $300. I also didn't receive all of the pieces to hang the other regular frames I had ordered and when I called, the woman on the phone didn't believe me at first and then never sent the supplies she promised. I bought them at Loews last week. I've worked with several online frame shops the last few years but this has been the worst experience.
