I just want to say this was the first time I've ordered a custom canvas and I was a little nervous about it. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from you again. It just arrived in the mail faster than I expected and in perfect condition. Everything from ordering to receiving went perfectly smoothly and the finished product looks amazing. This is a gift for my in-laws. This is the view from their windows of their home in which they are going to be selling in the spring to move from Victoria to the Okanagan. Horrible! Frames are unusable. Width of back of frame is barely a quarter inch, way too narrow to screw into to attach my canvasses. KEENART: THE LAYOUT OF THE PROFILE WAS PROVIDED WHEN ORDERING ONLINE, IT WAS CUSTOMER\'S CHOICE.

SERVICE: I\'m so very happy that I choose Keenart over Amazon. I purchased 2 frames and made an oversight error on my initial order. The Keenart staff immediately picked up on it and emailed me with a request for precision. The following exchange of emails were nearly instantaneous. Thank you for that. PRODUCT: The frames are perfect. I choose the thinner ones and I was worried about their capacity to handle a 30\"x60\" heavy canvas. They are built strong - good wood, not too heavy, perfect fit. I\'m extremely happy with the final product. SHIPPING: Would have preferred Canada Post but they used CANPAR which easily gets confused with simple addresses (previous dealings with them were the same... Still better than Purolator...) They missed the first delivery and I caught up to the truck on the 2nd attempt... (Condo towers seem overly complicated for their drivers). OVERALL: Fantastic service, product and end result. I will order again and refer them in the future.
